I've confirmed this issue. It seems that the skin designer did not design this for 800x600 resolution. It fits the screen perfectly at 1024x768, but does require horizontal scrolling when at 800x600. So, at this point there are two options that you can use in order to view the site without horizontal scrolling. You can either switch your monitor resolution to 1024x768 (or another setting higher than 800x600), obviously, or use this forum skin style for viewing GeekBoards. That style isn't quite as fancy, but it will make it so you don't have to scroll left-right. Anyone who clicks that link and wants to switch back to the more stylish version, click here to do that.
