Welcome to GeekBoards!

As I mentioned in reply to your email (and for anyone else reading this here), I had to turn off the registration system for GeekBoards a while back due to the site being flooded by spam bots and I wasn't able to keep up with it. All that seems to be under control now, so registrations are open to new site members again.

I'm curious, what made you interested in GeekBoards and helping to kick start these forums again? It will be very nice to have some help getting this community going again. The site definitely has good traffic, we just need to get things active.

Reading through previous discussions on this board really did outline it's friendly and informative community atmosphere. It just needs a kick-start again and you'll be back on track! I am basically looking for a little nest to air my "geek" related drabble!

I think you're right about all of it. Previous discussions were friendly, informative and a kick-start is needed to get back on track. Hopefully GB is able to satisfy your geek drabble needs.
