Hello All,
My name is Daniel and I have been using Linux since June/July 2005. I mainly use it as for my desktop machine (Kubuntu at the moment, and I'm happy with it), but I am always keen to learn more, and am looking at Linux servers.
I have a couple of websites and a forum all running on hosted Linux boxes, so any knowledge I can learn of how they work "behind the scenes" would be useful to me.
Sorry I didn't get a chance to welcome you earlier. I have been very busy getting the server ready to move. And our website was down over the weekend during the server shipment.
Have a look around and feel free to ask any questions that may cross your mind. Running a Linux server is super easy once you have the basics down. And you have that sense you are already running Linux on your desktop. Enjoy your say, I look forward to reading your future posts.
