Default external hard drive

Hi you geeks
I haven't been on the forum for a while, but I have a problem again. My computer is very slow and I think I might have to bring it back to basics and start again. I have a 1000 GB external hard drive ,I have transferred all my pictures and videos, but how do I transfer things like my windows live mail with the subfolders, I can't find any send to buttons. . Anyone out there with the answer? Thanks Albert

Do you mean to transfer emails and files from Windows Live mail using Outlook ? You can transfer any saved files to online account and access from any other place by installing one drive.

External drives have the same data loss risks as internal drives. External hard drives can be attacked by viruses, worms, corruption, etc . They can also be affected by sunlight, heat, humidity, liquids, dust and magnetic fields.
