Looking for an RTS like Supreme Commander where "turtling" is a valid tactic

I've played Forged Alliance, which is also great. I enjoy building bases, slowly expanding, taking my time and then having huge epic battles in late game. Can anyone recommend an RTS which is like this? Something from within the last ten years would be awesome!
