Forum Posting.
Hello everybody,
Can anyone tell me here, How many forum postings are required in a single day to maintain the positions on SERP.
Thanks in advance.

It will depend upon keyword competition and analysis to get exact numbers.

I meant to ask How much forum posting are there after that there it may be a cause to over optimize your site or something like that. Is there any thing such a type in this regard?

The forums posting has nothing to do with the ranking in SERP. People go to forums to talk, to socialize and to help each other. The links in the signatures are bonus which helps one to find more to another's business. That's all. Some work for SEO, some don't. If you post within the forums only to get your links indexed in SE, you will not be a valued member of any community!

Re:
The format of forums also allows opportunities for you to obtain valuable back links, list building capabilities, as well as establish you as an authority in your niche. If you invest time and honest effort you can become the "Go To" person in your forum.

There are no fixed boundaries in search engine optimization. Whatever you do, it must be natural.

I do not think there is a specific count of forum postings to maintain your SERP. BTW it is not advised to spent all your energy for just one way of link building. You have to try other link building methods too.
