Smile Sound Blaster is dead

Hi all.

My Sound Blaster suddenly died! I was finishing the box, checking all channels with ezdrummer and every thing was working fine. I was using Nuendo and suddenly the midi bar indicator stopped. Still I can hear mp3 or midi files, but the card looks unable to receive midi data. eDrum midi diode lights when I hit pads, and even I've tried a midi keyboard (that worked well too) with the same result.

Could I spoil my soundcard with some wrong connection? How could I check sb midi-in?
