Default Do you make sites to sell?

Do you make web sites to sell, or do you keep all the sites you make?

I know some people that make decent money getting sites off the ground then selling them on, but I can't bare to part with my sites after I have spent a lot of time on them.

What about you?

I sell everyone of them. The one thing you have to get over is being attached to a domain or a website. Everything I make is for sale. Once you start getting too attached to something, you begin adding sentimental value. Once you do that, you will never get enough money for the website because you think it's worth a lot more than everyone else thinks it's worth. I started doing webdesign and development for money, so I never forget when the end goal is when I start a new project, sell it off and collect the money.
