Default Hosting: Free or Paid

When you created a site which do you use and why.
I always use Paid hosting for all of my sites because I do not trust free hosting because of some things that have heppened to my free hosted sites in the past.

I would prefer to use a free host for few months to check whether my site is doing good and if it has a future. I realized that it has the capacity to grow into a bigger site and therefore I moved to a reliable paid hosting. So a reliable free host isn't a bad option at all!

I agree with that. Free hosts are almost never stable, theres just too many scam and fraud artists out there. If its a live site, I would never take a chance putting my website on a free host even if it means having to borrow some money from someone.

Free hosts are, 99% of the time, useless. They either stick an ugly ad on your page, have uncontrollably slow speed, or aren't up 15% of the time. Then, next to that, they have no control panel and just a small upload page.

Worthless.

I'll stick with my superb hosting by my friend
